We currently ship worldwide, excluding Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

In-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.

We offer free standard shipping to whole Europe (6-8 business days). Nowray, UK, Iceland has a shipping fee of 50€.
Shipping to USA costs 90€.

We try to process orders very quickly, but please email us at hello@baltictribes.com and we’ll update the address or try to find another good solution.

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as debit cards. We also accept PayPal.

We always want you to love your items as much as we do! That said, if something isn’t right or you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to initiate the return process as long as it’s within 30 days. For detailed return information please contact us at hello@baltictribes.com

For most items, it typically takes 1 week to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
